5 x sata 3 hdd 2 in raid 0
cooler master closed loop cpu cooler.
gtx 660 ti 2gb.

Thanks for reading any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried a different pci-e slot ? Just to see if it boots up.

Also is the bios up to date on the board ?

If it's a Gigabyte board make sure you have the latest bios. For some reason their boards, especially the Z77X series, can be very picky with graphics cards. Usually the bios update sorts it out.

Welcome to the forums by the way. :)

I tried again and still no luck, funny you say about the Z77X motherboards, i have a Z77X-D3H. How would i update bios if i cant boot up?

I went through the process of putting old card back in, will i have to uninstall drivers for that card before i do this.

Sorry ignore post thought you meant update bios for vga card. Doh. Will do mobo bios tomoz.

Thanks for your help.

Glad it worked. That particular board has always had a problem with new cards if not on the latest bios. Don't know why, but a flash is usually the solution.

Happened with a build I did with that motherboard as well, but with a sound card.

Useless bit of kit. :p
