Power Supply Reccomendation

Bought a new rig today with this hardware:

Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI/HDMI (PCI-Express)
AMD Phenom II X2 Dual Core 545 3.00GHz (Socket AM3)
Asus M4A785TD-V Evo AMD 785G (Socket AM3) PCI-Express DDR3 Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaw 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
Samsung SpinPoint F1 320GB SATA-II 16MB Cache

I've got this power supply to run it on;

PC Power & Cooling Silencer 420W Power Supply,

but i dont know if it will be enough to power it.

Any thoughts?

It will definately cover it. No need to worry about anything. The total consumption at load of that setup is about 250W or less
