Hey guys,

Im putting together a few upgrades from my dire computer at moment, although im not sure whether or not to get another power supply, currently in my computer I have a 500watt supply and im putting together the following items in my basket at the moment:

I also have a Razer Taipan mouse and Razer headset so I assume they use up a bit also, my graphics card is Nvidia GT 630

Not sure what else you need to determine what power supply I should get but if you let me know ill reply asap.

Also Im considering to buy an SSD as my friend highly recommended it but im not sure how it works, ie: is it just a storage for installing the game you play mostly? or is it to install the operating system? or both?

How I assume it works is you buy an SSD of around 100gb and install your favourite game onto it so it loads faster?

Much appreciated guys.

What's the brand/model of your current PSU? 500w will be plenty for that system, it just depends on how reliable it is.

Also you're better off getting a Z77 board over the H77, something like this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-432-GI&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=2261

And the main use for an SSD is to install the operating system on it to speed up boot times, programs load instantly etc.....

Their is literally no down side to owning an SSD, it's a must buy.
