having now put 3 PSus into the Skeleton I can tell you this.
PSUs with end mounted 80mm fans are better than those with 120mm top fans as with the latter sort you have to position the PSU with the intake at the top just under the mobo tray and as such not a lot of air gets in which can cause overheating. (I had a Bequiet darkpower 650 which had to go back after only 1 month)
the shorter the PSU the better (1000w Antec is too large). Aim for something 160mm or preferably less.
Not sure whether the prob with the Bequiet was re how it was mounted or due to bad unit, either way not good. Antec has also had to go back as it made horrible whining noise. again this unit had to be mounted upside down or the mobo cable would not reach the mobo!!!
Now have old 500w non modular Antec earthwatts in system form my original sonataIII and its doing fine
Let me know what you go for as I'm at a loss myself, thinking of corsair hx jobby but don't like unbraided flat cables, I understand they can be braided though but not sure how they'l look being flat
