Power Supply - Will it work on AMD2 Processor?

Hey everyone,

I'm fairly sure this is the case, but will this Power Supply work with an AM2 Socket Mother board. Only thing that is putting doubt in my mind is the:

Type : Intel Form Factor ATX 12V V2.3

Can someone just confirm for me that this isn't important?

only thing that have been added in th last 3 years are the grapics card connects so unless ur changeing that aswell should have no problems.
