I've been thinking about getting some upgrades near the end of the month, or maybe next month. But still sort of planning it out, I can spend about £400-500 on upgrades.

Current Spec:

E6600 w/ Arctic Cooler Pro
2GB Crucial Ballistix pc5300
320gb Seagate Barracuda
8800GTS 320mb
Gigabyte P35 DS3-R
520w Corsair

Planned upgrade:
OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel Platinum Series DDR2
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 LGA775 'Yorkfield' 2.83GHz 12MB-cache (1333FSB) (waiting for E0 stepping confirmation)

So that leaves me with about £240 or so, but I was thinking if I was to get a GTX260/GTX 280/4870 will I also need to strecth my budget for a new PSU?

Any comments welcome :)

Usually games, sometimes I play a game with 6+ game clients open (6 characters at once), that's very demanding. and I use it for video vendering too.

Yeah, 520w is fine for what you're planning. As AbsenceJam says though, 4870x2 or Crossfire is a different matter.
