Hi i am building a gaming computer and was wondering what kind of power supply to get as i have heard its very important and you cant go cheap on it. Could someone give me some recommendations? I heard that the Corsair Builder Series CX 750W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply can do the job or the Antec High Current Gamer M 620W "80+ Bronze" Modular Power Supply, but i though i would get your opinion on it
Thanks

The PSU you need would depend on the spec you're getting. If you're going SLI titans then you'd be looking at 850w+.

For an average gaming build I'd go with the Antec in your post. Never had a single problem with them, awesome units and I have 2 myself

ye i am just running one gtx 770, would the Corsair 750W CXM Builder Modular 80+ Bronze PSU Be any good as its a bit cheaper and would help

As long as you keeping 1 GFX, the CXM will be fine, I use it on mine.
It's good for the money, but if you were to start doing 2 or more GFX or custom water cooling you'd need something a bit more beefy.

GTX680 + I5 2500K .... basically the same GPU pulls 280W from the wall socket ..... Anything 500W+ that meets the condition below is fine

Basic rule of thumb ..... 100W costs £10 .... if it costs less than that .... run!

Bear i mind that if you tend to leave your system running long time, PSU efficiency might be a significant factor to consider. Most PSU's operate at max efficiency at between half and two thirds max load. (You will need to check the specs)

Getting an apparently oversized PSU might well prove less costly in the long run, and because it will run cooler may even be more reliable and last longer to boot.
