POWER TEMP too high?

When my system is under load, ASUS PC Probe reports the POWER temp as ~54c. This is 9c above the warning threshold.

Is this anything to be concerned about? I'm not exactly sure what POWER temp is, but I do know it's normally ok to disregard PC Probes "Scaremongering"

I'm using ASUS MAXIMUS II FORMULA.
