Power up question.

When i OC my cpu in my system i've noticed that whenever i unplug the power lead to my PSU and plug it back in as i go to reboot my system it will start up for a second, stop and power up as normall.

Is there something wrong here or is it all good?

Quite normal with Asus motherboards, same with mine and Streets atleast Have heard a lot of people saying the same.

Mine also does the same - When I first built it, it gave me a shock because I thought it started and then crashed
