I have just got my powercolor 290 and it's black screening all over the place, I have even tried down clocking it and still getting black screens is there any way to fix this or is it an RMA?

RMA mate my first powercolor was the same, second one is fine and i think its defo better under water! :D
my rma took less than a week! good luck dude!;)
