Hi

After many generations of console gaming (since SEGA Master System II). I have moved to PC gaming. Got rid of all the consoles I owned. Not been impressed with PS5 or Xbox Series X. However the journey has been rough but worth it! Couldn't get hold of 3070, 6800 XT or 3060 Ti. So I just settled with 5700 XT for time being. 1440p gaming at highest resolution/frame rate.

I come across some weird problem not sure if anyone can help or have any sort of advice. First of all this a new build with fresh install of Windows 10. Drivers for AMD Chipset and GPU are from AMD. Motherboard drivers are from the Gigabyte website. PowerColor 5700 XT is new. Randomly I'll get weird artifacts in games such as Destiny 2, Apex Legends etc. GPU temp is around 77-79 and GPU junction is 92. After restart and going back to game it will go away until it feels like coming back again at random. I'm using AMD Radeon v20.11.2 recommended drivers.

Specs
AMD Ryzen 3600XT
AMD Wraith Prism Cooler
Gigabyte B550I Aorus Pro ITX
16GB DDR4 3200MHz via XMP
Corsair TX650M 650W
1TB WD SN550

***NOTE***
Precision Boost Disabled
Core Performance Boost Disabled
Having this enabled CPU goes crazy in fan noise

Is there a bios update for PowerColor 5700 XT Red Dragon that fixes this issue?

Tough time trying to get hold of a decent nVIDIA GPU. 3060 Ti would be perfect but can't get hold of one :(

Have you got any screenshot's/videos of the artifacts?

I had an issue with a *B-Grade* Powercolor Red Devil 5700XT which when I posted a couple of screenshots here people told me they were just game specific graphical glitches.

However, a few months later I began getting square block like artifacts before system lock ups in games.

I RMA'd it and the consensus was the GPU Memory was failing.

Completely forgot about the screenshots. Ends up making games unplayable...
