powercolor HD6870 glitches

Hi guys,

Got a hd6870 and since i had it I get some screen artifacts and shadows which appear randomly and also random white pixels These appear mainly when web browsing either on firefox or IE, the web pages seem to settle down after a while when refreshing or scrolling. It also appears on some game menu's
Anyone got any ideas?

did you clear the old drivers then install the latest ones? strange things happen if you dont remove the old drivers before installing the new ones...

driver sweeper has always done the job for me (its free google). perhaps there's a more modern program someone else will recommend though.
