Powercolor cards?

They are all basically the same, the main things you should be looking at imho are price and warranty length.

my 5850 bought on release is a powercolor... it clocks incredibly well and hasn't missed a beat. I would say they are as good as any other. as above base your decision on price :)

I only ask cos i used to have a 9800 by powercolor and that one died on me, the only gpu iv'e had die.

Just making sure they're not notorious for it

Powercolor's Rma is a joke in the UK and you will struggle to get a response from them if a RMA is needed.

There isnt any UK support at all on there webpage, i tried to RMA a card a while back and had no response at all from them this is well known for the UK with Powercolor.

Not sure how there products can even considered for UK sale with this fake warranty that is offered

If you do buy powercolor you better hope ocuk will honour the warranty themselves

They do make good solid cards mind

nothing wrong with powercolor. a friend of mine has a 4870, been going strong for a while now. as others have stated, base your choice on price and warranty.
