Anyone know anything about this, whether it's any good?

My friend seems set on it. Powercolor obviously doesn't make it, we found the original version here

Doesn't really give the detail I was hoping for, especially for the amp (75mw?)

But for 150 bucks he's set on it, even though he's come to my house and listened to the Schiit uber 2 stack I have and was blown away :D

He could have the schiit stack for 50 more!!! ugghhh whatcha think though?
 
As far as the hardware goes its fairly decent the audio processor is c-media's latest and greatest (though personally I'm not a big fan), the DAC uses a well regarded Wolfson chip, the op amps are top notch (the LM4562 is what TI's high end LME series are based on) and the capacitor selection looks solid - I use Nichicons extensively with good results.

The 75mW figure is kind of meaningless in some ways but its sufficient to drive most headphones.
