Powercolor Heat Buster

Has anyone bought one? Looks a bit gimmiky, but my thought was it could be useful to redirect some airflow to the face of the VGA Card.

VGA cards effectively cut your case in half so I was thinking that it might be good to get some circulation around the lower part of the case...

I can't see it making a huge difference, unless your memory chips are passively cooled and OC'd maybe.
