PowerColor Reaper RX 9070 - Fan Noise

Hi everyone, I got my hands on a PowerColor Reaper 9070, took me a little while to rebuild my system into a different case to house it; however I am quite disappointed with the noise of the fans under load.

There is a very annoying whistling/ringing noise that comes from the fans even at lower rpm's, when under load it is really noticeable and by far the loudest component in my system.

Has anyone else has any experience of this? We are close to the return window so need to make a decision, like I said it's really quite disappointing.

You sure it’s from the fans and not actually coil whine? Could try an undervolt and see if that helps

Thanks for the reply, it is 100% the fans as the noise is apparent when not under load and manually ramp fans up with fan control. When fans are forced off under load there is no noise.
