Some folks in the USA managed to buy it from a competitor over there, and were showing off on reddit.
According to Gibbo the cards were supposed to have arrived this past weekend, but it doesn't look like they have.
I pre-ordered mine the 12th of July, and some update would be nice; as now the Shopfront says the ETA is 12th of August.
Gibbo posted that on the 18th, so Powercolor are pretty late in shipping the cards to the UK

Not yet, current information to me is they will ship this coming weekend and land mid-end next week.
