Powercolor RMA

Hi guys,

I bought a Powercolor R9 290 in July which I now suspect to be faulty - who handles the RMA; is it Overclockers or Powercolor themselves?

OCUK. You should start a thread in the customer services section and get them to give you an RMA number.

I will warn you, don't expect a quick turn around. My Powercolor 290 was into 45 days with nothing back!

Thanks guys! I posted in the customer services forum and had a reply the next day (yesterday) but since then I've not had anything or any instruction? I'm sure I didn't have this when I returned a card a few years back - I just filled out a form and that was it...

Is it worth calling them?
