powerdvd menu taskbar keeps appearing during playbay of dvds

this is really annoying me when ever i watch a dvd using powerdvd the menu taskbar appears on the screen radomly. this happen when you move the mouse or press a key, but its doing it on its own radomly i have messed about with the settings but cannot work out why this is happening any help on this would be most helpful
