Powered USB Hub?..

Hey guys,

Can anyone recommend me a Powered USB Hub. I'm not getting enough power into my audio interface through my laptop so I'd need some external USB power to power it up.

I'd say I've got a max budget of £25 - £30 but if you could find anything much much cheaper, that would be awesome.

Reading the blub it says you can add power from a 5v adapter.

How much is a multi power adapter going to cost?

if size wasn't a problem, I suspect one of the samsung port replicators would be perfect (it's got that rare thing, not only a psu that can supply full power to all the usb ports, but 1amp per port for two of them).

Generally though any half decent usb2 hub with a mains adaptor should do what you want, the problems only tend to come when you want a usb hub that can supply the full 500ma to all of it's ports at the same time
