Powered USB Hub

I'm looking for a USB powered hub for my gaming Sim peripherals. I currently have a 4x usb hub but I need more, i see OCUK sells this one:

It's not cheap but I'd rather buy a quality item, and 7x USB should suit me. Is there any benefit to paying a bit more from a respectable retailer over something cheap from eBay? Are there any people would recommend for me to check out?

I tried a cheap USB 3 hub a while ago. Constant disconnects and the build quality was awful. Unless the quality has improved I'd get one from a reputable retailer - the one you've linked is fine and not too expensive.

I also agree stick with superior build usb3 hubs. I got a value one and as above frequent issues.

Cheers chaps, disconnects and issues will bug me a lot. Reputable one it is
