POWERFUL Custom Build needed - Budget £750

Looking to build (myself) a very powerful pc and need expert help other than my own knowledge. I'm looking for a pc that can render out edited gaming projects in real time or quicker, something that can have the capabilities to stream in 720p and obviously something that can multi-task like hell.

I have been looking at i7's and i5's but for my budget i'm not really sure what the difference is and if i'm going to be saving more for the same amount of power.
Also I have considered buying a Overclockers Overclocked bundle with the motherboard ect.

Overall i'm not sure. Any help would be loved.
 
You can build the most powerfull PC you can for 750 pounds but honestly you need to find what people are using to do what exactly what you need. If they use a 3000 quid PC to do that work in real time then obviously a 750 quid PC will be a lot slower. Most people have unrealistic expectations for a home PC, you have to realise that a 750 quid PC has a limit.... If they are running it with i3`s and 4gb or ram then your laughing because your PC should be much stronger than that.
