powerful enough?

I am selling my HIS x1900xt to a mate and I need to know if his system is powerful enough to play Colin Mcrae Dirt at 1440*900.
Here is the spec of his system:

1 gig pc3500
HIS x1900xt
Win xp

Your friend should be able to play it, at that resolution he could lag a bit. Tell him to lower it and he can play it on low.
