Powerful machine in small case

Theoretical build: threadripper 3970x and 2080 ti, watercooled in cerberus x case. Can fit a 280mm rad and a 240mm rad, with the main challenge being space for airflow once all components are in. Is that enough radiator or will i have problems?

As long as you have sufficient airflow that should be okay. Though granted temps will not be low low...just average at best
