Powering it's self off

Just bought all the parts to build my own system from ocuk. It's built and I'm having a problem. It keeps intermittently turning it's self off. Usually around 10 minutes after boot, or occasionally after post on a restart.

Specs:
Q6600 2.4GHZ (1466fbb version, not clocked yet)
ABIT IP35
3x Seagate baracuda drives in raid 5
Powercolour ATI 3850 512
4GB OCZ 8500+ heatpipe DDR2.

The motherboard status indicator shows 9.9 after it's happened "Successful Powerdown"

Any suggestions?

Problem solved. The awful, awful heatsink fixings, one came loose and was only making contact to half of the CPU.

2 Cores were idling at 99c
