I have been using a wireless lan set up for a long time but the signal to my htpc is ok but not i want to start streaming movies from it so im going to connect my htpc my router wired, i just bought a pair of 200mbps powerline adpaters. So at my htpc end i want one connection to my htpc and another to my youview tv box. Whats the best way to dot his, i assume the cheap splitters are not going to work?

cheers :D

A small switch. You can get power line adapter with a switch built in, so you can hook 4 cables into it without additional hardware.

Buy a network switch.

cheers

i bought a pair of adapters at £17 delivered off of ebay, TP-Link TL-PA210 AV200 , i did not see any cheaper ones with multiple ports, so ill need to buy a small switch then.

edit - i have also ordered a tp-link network switch for £8 delivered so i have everything i need, many thanks guys.
