powerline adapters

Is there a difference between in reliability between powerline adapters, as they seems to vary a lot in price.. can get starter kits from £30 upto £100. Are these cheaper ones as reliable as the more expensive ones?

So a 200Mbps pair will max out at ~60Mbps, 500Mbps @ ~150Mbps and 1000Mbps @ ~300Mbps.

Thanks guys... a 200Mbps pair should be fine with me
