I bought a pair of Billion PLAs two years ago, but am fed up with them. They randomly drop their connection which is a real PITA, as I have to go under my desk to press the reset.

I am hopeful that the technology has improved in that time; can anyone recommend some decent ones?

think ive gone through about 5 pairs of powerline kits all eventualy die and wont connect to the network properly.

best solution was a huge drill for me and put ethernet outside.

Devolo 650s with range + solid as a rock for me. Devolos cockpit for updating and managing them is second to none.

I have 5 TP link nano adapters around the house and they're great. They aren't used for much data but I've never had an issue with them that wasn't my own doing.

I have a pair of TP Link AV500 Nano 500Mbps models I think, they are pretty slow, my wifi is quicker (when the kids are not hogging it), though I did read somewhere that their ports are 100Mbps and somewhere else someone stating it improves with Cat 6 cable.
