Powerline Ethernet

Has anyone used the powerline ethernet in a larger building than a home, for example in a commerical building?

Tried a Belkin set in our new factory/warehouse which has multiple seperate power circuits.
It worked fine within the offices, but not across the factory.

Were the office and the factory circuits on the same phase? My guess is as long as the route is no longer than 200m and they are on the same phase although on different circuits it should work...?

I would imagine there's going to be a lot of electrical noise in a factory.

I agree with the noise, I have no idea how resiliant they will be, I am just suprised there are no industrial versions (that I can find) exist.

I guess most businesses would invest in proper ethernet, as having cables and tunking around the place isnt such an issue as in a home.
