Hi - I recently moved into my first home and bought two pairs of TP-Link Powerline adapters so my and my girlfriend can work from home but found out tonight that one set will work fine but when plugging in the second the first PC will suddenly loose connection.

We've tried plugging them directly into the wall rather than an extension, different LAN ports on the router, changing settings for the router, etc but nothing will work.

Both pairs will show three green lights to show they are paired and working but the second PC will have no internet connection whatsoever.

Can someone shine a light on this please as my partner needs to work from home on Wednesday?

Edit #1: I can't post the link to where I bought the plugs due to a competitor to OCUK but the model of the plugs is TP-Link TL-PA4010KIT Nano AV600 Powerline Adapter Starter Kit, Up to 300 m range, No Configuration Required, UK Plug

As above, you probably don't want two devices hooked up to the router, just one.

This refers to lower models, but i'd imagine it's also applicable for these models to (you only need to add a third adapter and not use all four).

Sling the fourth one in the drawer as a spare/backup.

EDIT: Section 2.4 in the user guide for your model covers this to.

**Solved** We unplugged the second Powerline adapter from the router and have been able to work from home, cheers for the help everyone. :)
