Powerline query

They wont even fit. Even so those adapters are kinda unsafe.

And homeplug doesnt like them anyway. I dont use those plugs, but it deff doesnt work on my surge protecting strip extention.
 
It would definitely work if you can plug them in, however its not recommended as it may have an effect on the performance.
I have a pair, not the same model as those however. I've tested it plugged into a pdu and an adapter like the one in the link, it didn't make a difference to the ping but i didn't test the bandwidth.
 
although not reccomended you can use the homeplugs in trailing lead adatpers (without surge protection) some often very small speed is lost,

the 3 way you were looking at would also work but getting everthing hanging off it in the wall would be messy and some plugs might not be usuable due to the size of the adapters and plugs
 
Powerlines work just fine off of regular extension leads in my experience. They do not however work behind surge protectors or mains filters.
