Powerline speeds question

I'm looking at getting a couple of powerline adapters, for a more reliable connection between my PS3 and router than my current wireless g. I don't need to stream media, and was just wondering whether the 85Mbps adapters were quick enough for (fairly casual - just Fifa and a bit of Fat Princess) gaming, or should I splash out a bit more on the 200Mbps set? My internet connection is only 2Mbps, so I assume that, if anything, it will be that which bottlenecks me rather than the adapters anyway, so I'm tempted just to save my money and go with the 85Mbps set.

Cheers :D

I had the 200Mb version of these (they are now nice paper weights)

Speeds varied wildly , some times great 100Mbs but other times it went into the toilet and it was 30Mbs.

It does sound like they're pretty temperamental based on wiring etc. I'm therefore quite tempted to go cheap and get the 85mbps and make sure that they work OK. If they do, I'll probably sell them on and upgrade!
