Ive got a problem with running a video on a slide on a powerpoint presentation.
The setup is the file is run off a shared drive and is put on plasma screens at various points at work. This is the first time ive tried to play a video on the screens but it wont play. I was told by IT that it will only work if it is played by one screen at a time. Ive tried playing it with one screen and others turned off, however no joy.
The only way itll work if i run the file off the drive on my computer. Im alittle stumped to be honest.
Any ideas?
