PowerQuest Partition magic and resize

I am just about to resize(split into 2 partitions) on of the drives in my PC using the tool mentioned above. I was just wondering if i will loose any data on the drive or will it keep it intact.

You shouldn't. But allways BACK UP your important files just in case
