Powershell Tutorial Recommendations?

Googling throws up no end of sites relating to Powershell, but I was wondering if anyone on here had views as to what sites in particular would be good for a (semi) competent programmer looking to get a feel for PS.

Windows 7 is the OS in question by the way.

I started browsing YouTube the other week and got a pretty good idea - that combined with Google and I managed to knock-up a script to compress database backup files and move them out to dated archive folders anyway.

Those seemed quite good ^.
