Powersupply recommendation to power 3 cards

No budget want the best powersupply so probably gonna need about 1000w+ to power 3 high end gpus.

Which gpu's and whats the rest of the components?

Something like:-

SuperFlower Leadex Platinum 1200W.

Seasonic X-Series 1250w

EVGA SuperNova G2 1300W

In addition to those above I'd add Antec. They do some very good high end power supplies but OCUK don't sell them.

Very good offer on the power flower 1200w. Im waiting for late april when the new haswell refresh comes out. Should I buy the psu now while its on offer and have it sitting around until I get the rest of the setup?

+1 >Any of the above have the EVGA G2 1000W powering my build see sig and its a very well made quality Quiet PSU. Its based on the Sunflower Leadex Platinum 1100w PSU.

Never scimp on your PSU its your No1 component for a good stable build especially regarding overclocking as well.

I'd take the PowerFlower Leadex Plat 1.2KW for that £180 price tag.

Since it is a PowerFlower it is likely to be able to power your entire home anyway, despite being rated at 1200W.

Along with a corsair Obsidian 900D Super Tower Case

Now to wait for the z97 and haswell refresh.
