PPC 2002 to PPC2003 upgrade

I know this a long shot but does anyone know where I can get an upgrade for my Dell AximX5..

Its PPC2002 at the mo and theres a few programs I want that only run on PPC2003 onward!!...

I've looked on Dell (both UK and US) and it's not there anymore!!

Yeah I head about this. I'm not sure if Dell offer the upgrade anymore as a whole, but the only way to find out is to ring them.
