I just got a Mactel and migrated my stuff from my pb, and now there is an icon on my taskbar for a dialup modem, no doubt a remnant from my PPC mac, how do I get rid of it - it doesn't show up in Network prefs naturally.

on a side note, I forgot to completely reinstall OS X, I vaguely remember someone mentioning soemthing about how you can get rid of all the bloatware without reinstalling, so if you could help me with that too that'd be awesome.
EDIT: stuff i download to desktop doesn't show up...
EDIT 2: in finder my computer is called 'Administrator's Powerbook 12'...can't figure out how to change it...
