Prada phone won't shut up - Help!

I've had my new LG Prada phone for a few weeks and I'm happy with it but today I missed a call and a voice mail message was left. So I listened to the message and deleted it when finished, but now my phone won't stop reminding me that I message was left, I can't seem to get it to stop. I've tried turning it off and on.

Can anyone help me?

Try removing the battery for 10 minutes.

haha. i find this funny though , sorry. But yes, i agree. the only way to shut the whole system up is to remove the battery for a while, put it back again.
