Praetorian fan problem [very exciting]

I was looking at the front my my Coolermaster Praetorian 730 yesterday and it seems that the front fan has packed in. The thing is less than a year old but though the fan's LED lights are on there is, quite literally, nobody home because the blades are stationary.

And easy way to fix this? It looks like it would be quite awkard to fit another fan in there.
