Praise for Antec ,customer service

Well Antec for me have to be the best company i have dealt with for customer service.
i bought a antec 1200 case from OCUK and yesterday started building my i7 system:),after finishing the build i put the case panels on and noticed some dirty marks on the see through plastic window.

I then tryed to clean it off with water and a cloth but it wouldnt budge i then stupidly used several cleaning products which then made the whole side panel 100% worse that what it was.i emailed Antec about 12 last night and had a reply within the hour asking me to send pictures of the problem and my invoice details after sending these i have just been told that a replacement window is on its way from Rotterdam The Netherlands.
Now thats customer service all sorted in less than 24 hours
Very happy with their customer support.
 
There CS puts quite a few companies to shame. I had to RMA a PSU last year and after a short email exchange they agreed to send a replacement without the orginal PSU as long a emailed them pics with the serial number and wires cut. Makes a change that they actually do things diff rather than following a script all the time.
 
I wasn't that impressed with them personally, I had an Antec PSU go faulty last year, they made me jump through numerous hoops to get an RMA approved. First they wanted me to get the original retailer to contact Enta or something, and then when they refused they wanted me to send the PSU to them in Amsterdam for repairs. The cost of shipping was going to be over £20 itself, so I didn't bother in the end. I was only going to sell the repaired/replaced unit anyway as I'd had to buy a new PSU in the interim.
