Pre-applied thermal paste on H100i

Hi guys,

I have an H100i on the way and know that it comes with thermal paste pre-applied. I plan to run a 6700k at around 4.6Ghz if I can and am wondering whether it will be up to the task without replacing it.

If it needs replacing, what would you guys say is the most well regarded thermal transfer paste these days. Last time I did a build I seem to remember Arctic Silver being the go to paste. Have things changed at all?

Better thermal paste will buy you 1-3c, if anything at all, just use as is

Agreed with the above. No need to replace the pre-applied paste as it does the job efficiently.

When it comes to re-applying, I use Arctic Silver.
