Pre build Geforce GTX 1070

Could anyone help me understand what the difference, apart from just brand, between the three 1070's applicable through this build?
I would have been happy ordering with the Asus 1070 but it seems to be out of stock now, and i don't quite understand the £80 jump between what I thought were the same cards?

Typically the main difference between different cards with the same gpu will just be the cooler and maybe a better warranty. But looking at that build i would guess that the price difference is caused by the discout OC are able to provide on the first card which they dont have on the other

Apart from just having different coolers, aftermarket cards have a lot of variables. Was the GPU binned? How many power phases are there? Of what quality? Etc.
There was an issue with the VRM's on the 1070/1080s from EVGA with the ACX cooler overheating months ago but I believe that was sorted. If you don't plan to overclock the card your main concern with cooler choice should be loudness IMO.
