pre build

Just powered up my new pre build and heard a strange noise to find theres a bag of some sort inside the case. How do i remove this safely as i dont want to damage anything. Seems tightly sealed.

Completely shutdown the PC and switch off from the mains and earth your self on the metal case. Remove the bag - is this caught around anything ie a fan?

Ah, take your time and use if possible a knife or scissors to cut away the pieces.
