I have a pre build from ocuk that is just shy of 2 years old; it has been bullet proof since I bought it until the last few months. The majority of my games have been crashing with errors relating to "amd wattman / amd drivers have detected a time out". So I rebuild windows, updated everything drivers etc and I am still facing this issue.
Now given the cost of graphics cards, I don't want to buy one to find out some other part of the machine is bust, are there any tools I can use to stress test cpu/memory/graphics to see where the fault is coming from or any logs ?

Windows Event viewer - Display driver amdwddmg stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

Games - Warzone / Pubg / Battlefield V (This has never crashed, not once) / Total War / star citizen

Code:
CA-04L-KK Kolink Void RGB Midi Tower Case - Black Window 1
CA-07M-PT Phanteks Digital RGB LED Strip - Combo Set 1
CP-3BH-AM AMD Ryzen 7 3700X Eight Core 4.4GHz (Socket AM4) Processor - MPK 1
GX-19D-PC Powercolor Radeon RX 5700 XT Red Dragon 8GB GDDR6 PCI-Express Graphics Card 1
HD-00D-TG TeamGroup 500GB Vulcan SSD 2.5" SATA 6Gbps 3D NAND Solid State Drive 1
HD-384-SE Seagate BarraCuda 1TB 7200RPM SATA 64MB Cache Hard Drive - *System Stock* 1
MB-574-GI Gigabyte B450 AORUS ELITE (Socket AM4) DDR4 ATX Motherboard 1
MY-0AA-TG Team Group Vulcan Z T-Force 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-24000C16 3000MHz Dual Channel Kit - Grey 1
XX-004-KK *Build Stock* Kolink Classic Power 700W 80 Plus Bronze Power Supply

I should also say I can put hours into other games stellaris / CS GO / Hell let loose, as Bfv these have never crashed not once. Pubg I can pretty much guarantee it will bomb out with any graphics setting.
Final edit, everything is default, nothing is clocked, no profiles are used on the graphics card.

Thanks!

I have ran "Ocbase" for an 1hr per cpu / ram / gpu and the machine is still up no changes.

Played Pubg crashed within 15 min; I have gone back to windows "whql" driver rather than the one from amd and it seems to lastest a match, ideas ?
I am not using any of the features in the amd drivers?

The psu in your system is garbage it could well be the cause of your problems.

I second what mickyflinn said. It's probably the PSU.
A bad PSU will cause system crashes with the GPU showing up as the primary suspect in most cases.

Test out your pc if possible with a different PSU.
