pre-built or barebones (mid budget)

Hi Guys,

My PC has finally died completely so i need to get a new desktop machine asap.

Id prefer to get a pre-built or barebones system as i dont have much time to build anything myself.

I'd be using it for some gaming, photos, internet etc so would like it to last a few years and capable of accepting new gfc cards etc in the future.

Budget of about £500

I already have a monitor, keyboard and mouse.

I also would like Windows 7 (64 bit) so if the system can handle this too that would be perfect.
Is there any drawback getting OEM?

if i upgrade the gfc to the Radeon HD 5770 1024mb then its about the same price.

would http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-210-OK give the better performance with a quad cpu but a lesser graphics card?

I would go quad and upgrade gfx to 5770 if you can afford

how about pairing up the gfx card in the future?
