Now companys that prebuild systems are using Vista, are the ones they are using OEM? or Retial, 64bit or 32 bit?

OEM.. i think. And they just give you an image with all the drivers on with there own auto installer or something.

It's OEM, and that would make sense as OEM is designed exactly for this purpose. As for which version, it depends on the manufacturer (OEM) and what their policy is. I would expect most of them to be 64bit.
