The 2 PCs you linked were 11th gen and 9th gen and both are not worth it. The systems also did not say what mobo or psu they were using which makes me wary and I would hazard a guess they were rubbish. There are some excellent prebuilds available but also some awful ones so you do have to be certain what you are getting for your money.
