Pre-christmas upgrade advice?

Hey peeps.

I'm doing a little upgrading before christmas, basically all I need to upgrade right now is my CPU, Motherboard and RAM. Price range is between £150 - £200 but preferably less than £200. The sole use for this is gaming, and I'm not looking to overclock. Having the option to upgrade later on to better (and more expensive) hardware without having to replace everything again is also a plus.

If anyone has tips, thanks! I'm about 7 years out of date when it comes to hardware. :(

Ideally, I would see if you could stretch the buget a little bit more. If you could get something like this:
YOUR BASKET
1 x MSI Z68A-G45-G3 Intel Z68 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard £114.98
1 x Intel Core i3-2100 3.10GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor - Retail £91.99
1 x Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (KHX1600C9D3X2K2/4GX) £19.99
Total : £238.37 (includes shipping : £9.50).

Then you could drop in an Ivy Bridge CPU when they are released next yr. The CPU above can't be overclocked but the board does support it, and the new CPU range.

With it being this time of year I can't spare much for an upgrade, £150 is my budget, £200 max but no more. :(

If Intel is outperforming AMD any suggestions for an Intel bundle within my budget?

Thanks for all the tips by the way.
