Pre-installed Win 10, can i wipe it and reinstall without all the junk?

Hey guys, the wife has an all in one Lenovo thing that had win 8.1 pre-installed then did the free upgrade to win10. It's slow as hell and i'd like to wipe it and get rid of the Lenovo bloat.

Am i right in thinking if i just reinstall the same type of win10 it will just activate ok or do the OEM/Pre-installs not allow this?

As its windows 10, you might find if you go into Settings > Updates & Security > Recovery and choosing reset this PC will do the job quicker than downloading an iso, formatting the hdd etc.

Thanks a lot guys, will the 'reset pc to factory' get rid of everything Lenovo as ive heard their all-in-ones have a nasty habit of being able to redownload all the junk because of custom bios?

not so sure but if its upgraded from W8 i would have reset it anyway; don't trust upgrades entirely!
